Such confussion. I guess this financial mess and the massive money thrown at banks and large companies takes some time to work out and filter down to real people and "what does it do for me?" No one really knows yet. The banks and government agencies have huge back log of foreclosures but there is a pause in their realease. They are waiting to see if there are better avenues for the mortgage market. Meanwhile those trying to hang on are at the end of their money and strength.
Buyers have heard about the amazing deals in Florida and are coming with a hunger to buy. The inventory is shrinking. I see a whole new wave coming soon. Hang in there. The market has realized a bottom so to speak.
