Well it looks like the city of Cape Coral is listening to the people and the seawall install is on hold. If they delay these projects for the short term until we begin the recovery from this economic downturn then we don't contribute to the problem. We need more thinking like that. This is not an overnight thing. We will be recovering for several years. I believe that as the perception changes and buying takes on faster pace we will recover that much quicker. As it stands, the deals in real estate continue and the buyers have recognized that fact. It truly is the time to buy.
